Nashua, NH School Redevelopment Study
As part of a team under Marvel Architects, BJH Advisors conducted a market analysis for the potential redevelopment of a historic school building. Proposed uses include residential rental (affordable and market rate) and condo, retail, and community facilities. BJH created a high-level residual land value analysis to evaluate highest and best uses, developed construction cost estimates for the school redevelopment, and assessed the impact of potential improvements (such as renovations to the adjacent theater, structured parking, and park features) on project feasibility.
