BJH Advisors in Times Union Article

BJH Advisors was engaged by the City of Hudson Industrial Agency (Hudson IDA) to provide a financial review of a local developer’s tax benefits request for a proposed affordable and mixed-income apartment complex, the Depot District. BJH found that the project could withstand lower tax benefits and presented its findings to the Hudson IDA Board during a briefing in July 2021. The developer revised its application for the Hudson IDA accordingly and the project was approved in September 2021.
