Collaborating closely with the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) and City of Philadelphia Department of Planning and Development, BJH teamed up with Sojourner Consulting to assess how this major development might affect the local community in Philadelphia’s Chinatown, Chinatown North, Market East, and Washington Square West. Our work involved deep analysis of potential economic, social, and cultural impacts, with a strong emphasis on community engagement.
