BJH Advisors Visits the Redevelopment Site for Powerhouse Arts

Several members of the BJH Advisors team visited the Powerhouse this week to see the redevelopment of this former Brooklyn Rapid Transit Power Station, which will be the new home for Powerhouse Arts. Powerhouse Arts is a non-for-profit based in Gowanus, Brooklyn, to help create a robust platform for art production and employment in the arts. The landmarked building, working with award-winning architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron in renovations, will double its usable square footage by expanding the building’s former boiler house.
